Preheat: 400°F.

• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
• 16 oz. Cottage Cheese
• 1 red pepper, chopped
• 1 egg white
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, divided
• 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, cooled
• 1-1/2 cups Pasta Sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Combine ingredients except cheese, shells and sauce. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella; spoon into shells.

Spread half the sauce onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking dish. Place shells in dish; top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Cover.

Bake 40 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 30 min.

Name brands have been removed. Italian dressing seasoning packet may be substituted.
